Computron's support portal gives clients direct access to the support database, to log calls and access call data through the on-line inquiry functions. It also gives clients access to our "know-how database" which allows clients to search and view the contents of know-how articles, documentation, patch reports, etc.

Computron's implementation services & consulting has been developed out of many years of systems implementation experience. The flexibility of our methodology allows it to be adapted to specific requirements, whether they are new implementations, module additions, enhancements or re-engineering. Furthermore, implementation services provides for projects of varying size and complexity.
Computron's project consultants will work with clients to help ensure that the implementation is completed successfully, within the defined scope and Terms of Reference. This partnership will help to ensure that the system meets the clients current business needs, as well as expected future needs. Structured tools and checklists are provided to help throughout the implementation and give the client a predictable and controlled project lifecycle.
